Gene Altonen Gene Altonen, Chief Technology Officer  Gene is the inventor of the iMFLUX core technology, and leads the iMFLUX Research & Development organization. Innovation that drives disruptive gains in productivity, speed, quality, and sustainability are at the core of the R&D mission, which includes maintaining a strong innovation pipeline that drives discontinuous success for iMFLUX customers. Prior to the iMFLUX launch, Gene was a Research Fellow leading major technology developments in the Injection Molding Capability organization within Procter & Gamble. In his 23 year career with P&G, Gene has consistently delivered major innovations, and holds more than 40 granted patents, and at least 25 pending patent applications. Gene is a graduate of Michigan State University, with a degree in Packaging Engineering, and has spent his entire P&G career developing new packaging solutions including numerous Injection Molding technology innovations. Gene invests his free time hiking, fishing, boating, and spending time with his wife, three daughters, and two sons.
Mark Elliot Mark Elliot, VP Global Manufacturing & Plant Manager 

Mark Elliot brings 35 years of diverse manufacturing and quality experience to the Imflux team. He has spent majority of his time working in the automotive and consumer products and will help lead manufacturing efforts. His extensive international experience includes working in Germany, China, Malaysia, and Japan. Mark holds an Engineering Technology Degree from Western Michigan 
University with additional studies at Harvard, University of Michigan, and University of Minnesota. Mark, his wife and two sons enjoy motorcycling, golf and boating together.

 

 

 

Jared Kline Jared Kline, VP Customer Operations  Jared leads Customer Operations for iMFLUX, delivering world class service, support and business analysis to help customers win in the marketplace when implementing iMFLUX. Leading up to the iMFLUX launch, Jared immersed himself in the injection molding industry to understand the end to end process and characteristics of successful moldersmold builders and technology providers. Prior to iMFLUX, Jared developed an expertise managing business to business relationships with leading CPG companies when he led Account Management for Tremor, a P&G Word of Mouth Marketing brand. Over his 18 years at P&G, Jared held various roles in Information Technology and marketing. Jared holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. In his spare time, Jared enjoys coaching basketball, playing just about any sport, and spending quality time with his wife and three daughters.
Dennis Pratel Dennis Pratel, VP Supply Chain  Dennis leads the Supply Chain and Operations Organization tasked with changing industry conventions to design, build, install and maintain the iMFLUX process and building a world-class technology and services Company infrastructure.  Dennis has 20 years of experience with Procter and Gamble spanning a broad range of Supply Chain disciplines including Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Information Technology, Distribution, and Customer Service. Dennis holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from North Carolina State University and has worked in many of P&G’s businesses around the world, building new capabilities in both developed and emerging markets.

 

Dennis and his wife have three daughters and dedicate their time away from work focused on their children’s activities and passions including competitive cheer and lacrosse.
Nick Unkovic Nick Unkovic, General Counsel  Nick is responsible for all things legal at iMFLUX, as well as for supporting the Company’s business development efforts. Prior to joining iMFLUX, Nick worked for five years in P&G’s legal department in the transactions and antitrust and trade relations groups. He represented P&G in large international, M&A, financing , technology and commercial transactions, provided compliance support, managed investigations and litigation and represented the North American market development organization. Prior to joining P&G, Nick was in private practice in California, primarily representing private equity funds and emerging technology companies. Nick has a BA in Philosophy from UCLA and a JD from UC Berkeley School of Law at Boalt Hall. He is a member of the California and Ohio bars.

 

Nick and his wife and two children enjoy spending their free time participating in music and rock climbing and are actively involved in community non-profit activities.
Dave Le Neveu Dave Le Neveu, CFO and VP Business Development 

Backed by a successful global career in financial planning and complex negotiations, Dave’s prime focus at iMFLUX will be creating breakthrough value creation for the company and its strategic customers. Prior to joining iMFLUX, Dave spent 25 years leading a range of global projects and negotiations for the Procter and Gamble Company, recognized for his leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and business results. With more than a decade in P&G’s M&A and Business Development organizations, most recently as Director of M&A and Strategic Structuring, Dave completed a wide range of transactions in over 20 countries. He also served as CFO and Board Member/Observer for a number of P&G’s portfolio companies. In recognition of his expertise in Deal Making, Dave was appointed Fellow in P&G’s CFO Circle. Earlier in his career, Dave held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in Canada and the United States working in roles in financial planning and supply chain management. Prior to his relocation to the US, Dave was a member of the Ontario Certified Management Accountants. Dave earned his B.B.A. degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. 

Nathan Estruth Nathan Estruth, President & CEO  Nathan’s job is to deliver with excellence for iMFLUX customers and employees. He is chief team-builder and floor sweeper.

 

Nathan has 22 years of experience with Procter & Gamble and most recently was P&G Vice-President, Corporate Platforms (New Business Creation). This business unit works across P&G to identify, develop, incubate, and scale high-leverage technology, business model, and capability platforms, often working with external partners. As part of this work nearly three years ago, Nathan and his team partnered with P&G packaging to vet, incubate, demonstrate and scale what is now iMFLUX Inc.

 

Nathan has been on the forefront of business model innovation and entrepreneurial culture at P&G, having led the acquisition of MDVIP, the Mr. Clean Car Wash and Tide Dry Cleaning franchise start-ups, and several other new business models. Nathan has previously worked in P&G’s Food & Beverage, Beauty Care, Wal-Mart customer team, and China operations on Brands such as Pringles, Olay, Safeguard, Folgers, Tide, and Pantene.

 

Nathan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science International Relations from UCLA and spent an additional year of Graduate study at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Nathan loves spending time with his wife and their four kids, serving and investing resources in many different non-profit activities on a local, national, and global basis, including their local church and sister church in India, Pregnancy Care, United Cerebral Palsy, and JobsPlus of Cincinnati. Racquetball, flyfishing, and backpacking are some of Nathan’s favorite activities.
