iMFLUX is on a mission to change the way the world molds! To encourage OEMs to offer the iMFLUX technology as a standard option on new equipment, P&G is offering royalty-free access to our patents and know-how.
Patents that enable low-constant-pressure processing, and automatic adaptation to material, mold, and machine variation.
A technical transfer portal will be available to participating OEM’s to share proprietary know-how. This will include:
software design basis, raw code, key algorithms, and performance standards for each feature.
searchable database with performance results on more than 300 case studies across multiple industries; engineering, commodity, and sustainable materials; and basic and advanced applications.
complete training materials needed to model iMFLUX. Enables Autodesk and Moldex3D analysis including iMFLUX process development methodology.
detailed technical papers illustrating the advantages of low-constant-pressure molding including: faster cycle-times, lower part weights, less energy consumption, and running highly variable materials such as PCR.
complete training course providing instruction on how to operate the iMFLUX system, set up low-constant-pressure processes, and maximize iMFLUX benefits.
A team of iMFLUX experts will be available to answer questions and assist in development activities (resources are limited and subject to availability).
The following provides an overview of the key terms and conditions
contained in the agreement:
iMFLUX Trademarks (optional), specific patents, and associated know-how
Execution date until expiration of the last licensed patent (September 13, 2040)
Non-exclusive license in the field of injection molding
Licensee agrees to commercialize a solution within 18 months of initiating agreement.
Licensee to provide a business review on an annual basis.
demonstrate and document the solution meets key performance requirements. P&G certification is available.
A standard branding toolkit will be provided. Any deviations to the pre-approved toolkit will require submission to P&G for approval.
