She partners with team members to expand their capabilities, tools, and skills.

Jodi and her team are responsible for providing a superior experience for our customers and partners. They also deliver resources and education to universities and training institutes to empower the next generation of engineers.

Jodi brings 20 years of industry experience in recruitment and staffing, benefits, compensation, learning and development, culture, employee relations, and leadership development. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
